Hyderabad: Five arrested in connection with Rs. 29.6L heist at SBI Ravirala ATM

A gang of five individuals, including JCB mechanics and operators, were arrested in Hyderabad for the robbery of ₹29.69 lakh from an SBI ATM in Ravirala. The gang, with prior experience in ATM thefts, had meticulously planned the heist, disabling surveillance cameras and using a gas cutter to access the ATM cash chest. The investigation, led by the Adibatla Police, involved extensive surveillance, technical evidence analysis, and human intelligence gathering. The arrested individuals were identified as Rahul Khan, Musthakeem Khan, Waheed Khan, Shakeel Khan, and Mohammed Sarfaraj. The police also seized ₹4,00,000 in cash, the vehicle used in the crime, tools, and other evidence. Four individuals, Subdin Khan, Rafeeq Khan, Parvez, and Jahul Baddan Khan, remain absconding. The police are continuing their investigation to apprehend the remaining suspects and are confident that the case will be successfully concluded.
