Key areas in Hyderabad to experience water supply disruption on Jan 11
Hyderabad residents in several areas will face a 24-hour disruption in drinking water supply on Saturday, January 11, 2025 due to maintenance work at the Mir Alam filter beds and cleaning of the forebay at the Himayathsagar Reservoir. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) announced that the maintenance work, starting at 6:00 a.m. on January 11th and continuing until 6:00 a.m. on January 12th, will affect areas like Hassan Nagar, Kishan Bagh, Doodh Bowli, Misri Gunj, and others. Residents are urged to conserve water during this period. Normal water supply is expected to resume on Sunday, January 12th.
