Hyderabad: TGSRTC to operate 3,000 special buses in Telangana for Maha Shivaratri

In preparation for Maha Shivaratri, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) is deploying 3,000 special buses to transport devotees to various Shiva temples throughout the state. These buses will operate between February 24th and 28th, with a focus on major pilgrimage destinations like Srisailam, Vemulawada, and Edupayala. To ensure a comfortable journey, TGSRTC has arranged for amenities like shelters, chairs, drinking water, and public address systems at key locations. The corporation has also implemented a 50% fare reduction for special services from February 24th to 27th, with discounts for Edupayala buses extending to February 28th.
