Telangana losing Rs. 5 crores daily to cybercrimes, warns Cyber Security Bureau

Hyderabad is facing a surge in cybercrime, with residents losing an estimated 5 crore rupees daily due to digital fraud. The TGCSB shared tips on how to protect oneself from these scams, including verifying unknown calls, never sharing personal information with strangers, and reporting suspicious activity to authorities. The event saw active participation from residents who emphasized the importance of vigilance and urged others to report any cybercrime incidents. Key officials from the TGCSB attended the session and stressed the importance of collaboration between authorities and residents in combating cybercrimes.
