Senior citizen alleges property scam involving NRI, bank officials in Moinabad

A retired professional, Mustafa Ali Mujahed, has accused a British-Indian national, Manikonda Kishore Kumar, and multiple bank officials of a sophisticated property scam in Hyderabad. Mujahed claims that Kishore and his associates tricked him into transferring his property to Kishore for a limited time to secure an NRI loan. Kishore promised to pay the loan installments and replace the property with a similar one in Guntur after the loan was repaid. However, Mujahed alleges that Kishore only paid a portion of the agreed-upon price and used forged documents and fraudulent identification to secure the loan. He further accuses bank officials of collusion and negligence in verifying the transaction. Mujahed has filed a complaint with the Cyberabad police who are currently investigating the allegations.
