These claims violate the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, which prohibits advertising medicines for these specific diseases. DCA officials conducted raids on March 3rd to detect these medicines, which were being sold with misleading advertisements. The public is encouraged to report any suspected illegal activity related to drugs by calling the DCA toll-free number 1800-599-6969.
