HMWSSB announces 24-hour water supply disruption in Hyderabad on February 17
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has announced a 24-hour water supply disruption in several areas of Hyderabad starting at 6 a.m. on Monday, February 17, due to maintenance work at the Kondapaka Pumping Station. The maintenance involves installing new valves on the main pipeline, affecting water supply in 11 O&M divisions and Transmission Division-4. The disruption is expected to last until 6:00 a.m. on February 18. This is the second water supply disruption in February, following a six-hour disruption on February 1 due to repairs at a substation.
