Residents near the Ammuguda Railway Bridge in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, are facing a growing problem of garbage accumulating in the area. This is creating an unhygienic environment for pedestrians. Social media posts on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) have highlighted the issue and called on the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to address it. While some residents blame a lack of civic sense, others argue that the system itself contributes to this behavior. The GHMC and the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) have been contacted through their respective social media handles and customer service numbers to address the issue.
