The Tellapur Neighborhood Association (TeNA) has launched its third annual sports competition, aiming to strengthen community spirit and promote physical fitness in the region. Over 1,500 participants from multiple gated communities are competing in various sports, including volleyball, chess, carroms, table tennis, badminton, tennis, and cricket. The event, which began on January 25th, 2025, is open to all age groups, with participants ranging from 11 to 80 years old. Tennis and throwball competitions were inaugurated today, with over 200 and 125 players respectively participating. TeNA president Eswarigari Ramana highlighted the competition's ability to foster community bonds and promote physical and mental well-being. The event has grown significantly since its inception two years ago, demonstrating the power of sports to unite residents from diverse backgrounds.hyderabad
