Film producer Suresh Babu & actors Daggubati Venkatesh, Rana, & Abhiram booked for alleged demolition

A director of W3 Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. has filed a complaint against Daggubati Suresh Babu, Daggubati Venkatesh, Daggubati Rama Naidu Rana, and D. Abiram, alleging illegal actions involving demolition and theft from leased properties in Filmnagar, Hyderabad. The dispute involves two properties, Plot No. 2 and Plot No. 3, leased to the complainant's firm for operating a hotel and restaurant. The complaint states that the accused attempted to reclaim possession of the properties despite agreements of sale and lease agreements. The complainant claims the accused demolished the property despite an interim injunction from the court. They further allege that a group of individuals, including hired bouncers, stole valuable items from the properties in November 2022, resulting in a loss of Rs. 5.20 crore. The complainant's family members were reportedly threatened during this incident. The complaint also mentions continued efforts by the accused to illegally demolish the property and intimidate the complainant's security personnel in January 2024. The complainant has requested the court to direct the Filmnagar Police Station to investigate the alleged illegal actions, including criminal trespass, theft, and conspiracy.
