Vishnu Marg near NIA office in Hyderabad: A traffic bottleneck in urgent need of intervention
Hyderabad: Vishnu Marg, particularly the stretch near the National Investigation Agency (NIA) office extending towards Madhapur and Jubilee Hills is causing frustration for thousands of daily commuters facing relentless traffic congestion and over time it has become one of the worst traffic nightmares in Hyderabad city.
The road remains choked for most of the day as vehicles pour in from multiple areas, including Green Hills Road, Kaithalapur, Kukatpally, Borabanda, Ayyappa Society, and Moosapet, leaving commuters frustrated and exhausted as the vehicular traffic movement on the stretch is sluggish.
The congestion is relentless, beginning in the morning rush hour and lasting well into the evening. It is a daily struggle for commuters, emergency services, and businesses alike as the road network is failing under the pressure, with bottlenecks, and a lack of traffic regulation turning it into a chaotic mess.
Residents and commuters are urging the GHMC and Cyberabad traffic police authorities to take necessary measures such as widening bottlenecks, enforcing lane discipline, and deploying effective traffic management strategies to ease congestion and improve road conditions.
