Veteran actor Kota Srinivasa Rao passes away, leaves behind a legacy in Tollywood

Hyderabad: The Telugu film industry woke up to the news of the tragic demise of veteran actor Kota Srinivasa Rao. The versatile actor, famous for his exceptional performances in over 750 films across multiple languages, made a lasting impact on Indian cinema.

With a career spanning decades, Kota Srinivasa Rao was honored with nine Nandi Awards and numerous other accolades, including the prestigious Padma Shri. Kota Srinivasa Rao was known for his powerful portrayals of both negative and character roles. This earned him a special place in the hearts of audiences. His roles in films like "Aha Naa Pellanta," "Gayam," and "Hello Brother" are still iconic.
