Telangana Horticulture Department to host urban farming training in Hyderabad on April 12
Hyderabad: The Horticulture Department of Telangana is organizing a training program focused on vegetable cultivation in residential areas and balconies, as well as natural pest control methods using medicinal and aromatic plants.
The session is part of the Urban Farming Scheme and will be held on the second Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Horticultural Training Institute (THTI), Red Hills, Nampally, Hyderabad.
The program aims to educate residents on sustainable farming practices that can be implemented in urban settings.
