Traffic diversions announced in Bhongir zone for CM's visit on June 6
Hyderabad: In view of the visit of the Chief Minister of Telangana to Thirumalapur Village in Thurkapally Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, the Rachakonda Police have announced traffic diversions in Bhongir Zone on Friday, June 6, 2025.
Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Sudheer Babu, issued the order under Section 21(1)(b) of the Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 Fasli (Act No. IX). The restrictions aim to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent inconvenience to the public during the Chief Minister's visit for a public meeting.
Traffic restrictions will be in place from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The diversions will apply to all categories of heavy vehicles including lorries, dumpers, earth movers, water tankers, RMC trucks, and other types of trucks.
Diversion Details:
- Heavy vehicles coming from Bhongir towards Turkapally village will be diverted at Jagadevpur junction towards Bibinagar.
- Vehicles travelling from Turkapally towards Thirumalapur (via Jagadevpur) will be diverted at Turkapally X Road towards Yadagirigutta and Bommalaramaram.
The Rachakonda Traffic Police have urged all commuters to take note of the restrictions, plan their travel accordingly, and cooperate during the specified hours.
