15-day traffic diversion announced at Aramghar for CC road work
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory in view of CC road construction work commencing under the railway bridge at Aramghar from today, May 19, 2025. The project is scheduled to last for 15 days. As a result, traffic from Durga Nagar towards Aramghar will be diverted via OKR Kattedan starting at 8:00 a.m. on May 19. Commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly to avoid delays.
The police have urged the public to cooperate to ensure the smooth flow of traffic during the construction period. Meanwhile, GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan inspected the ongoing construction of the Shilpa Layout Flyover at Gachibowli Junction. Accompanied by the Chief Engineer (Projects) and the project team, he reviewed the progress and directed officials to speed up the work to meet the target completion by the end of this month. The Commissioner also instructed the Urban Biodiversity (UBD) wing to develop greenery in the median area beneath the flyover, aiming to improve both environmental quality and visual appeal.
