TGPSC postpones Group-III certificate verification; New dates awaited

Hyderabad: The Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has postponed the Certificate Verification for candidates provisionally shortlisted under Group-III Services (General Recruitment), as per Notification No. 29/2022 dated December 30, 2022.

The verification, initially scheduled from June 18 to July 8, 2025, has been deferred following requests from candidates who urged the Commission to complete the Group-II recruitment first to avoid backlog vacancies.

A web note issued on June 6, 2025, had listed candidates picked for the verification. Revised dates will be announced later.

Meanwhile, the Certificate Verification for Group-II Services (Notification No. 28/2022 dated December 29, 2022) is in progress. TGPSC announced the schedule on May 23, 2025. The verification is being held from May 29 to June 10, 2025, at Suravaram Pratap Reddy University (formerly Sri Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University) on Public Garden Road, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Sessions are conducted in two slots, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. A reserve day is scheduled for June 11, 2025. The process is being held for 783 vacancies across various Group-II posts. The list of shortlisted candidates is available on the TGPSC website.

Candidates must bring all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies, as specified in Paragraph IV, General Provisions 10(A) of the notification. The day-wise schedule and verification material were made available on May 26. Web options must be exercised on the TGPSC website between May 27 and June 11, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.

TGPSC has stated that candidates who fail to attend on their assigned date or the reserve day will not be given another chance. Absentees will not be considered further. If vacancies remain due to absentees, rejections, or web option outcomes, additional candidates may be called for verification at a later stage.
