Hyderabad: Suravaram Pratap Reddy Telugu University (formerly Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University) is organising a book fair on its campus to encourage more people, especially students, to develop the habit of book reading. The fair began on April 8 and will continue until April 17, 2025.

To inspire young people and students to read more, book fairs are frequently held at the university. As part of this initiative, Suravaram Pratap Reddy Telugu University has launched a book fair, which is attracting public interest and book lovers in the city.

A key feature of this book fair is visitors will see books only published by the university. You can find hundreds of books about the history, language, stories, and culture of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and nearby regions. There are also books about tribal groups, armed movements, and dictionaries which may be useful for students preparing for competitive exams.

The university is offering big discounts on these books. You can get 40 per cent, 50 per cent, or even 60 per cent off the price. Organisers say it's a great chance to buy good books at low prices.

Book lovers are happy with the quality of books, and the book fair is attracting many visitors from around the city. Even old books are available at reduced prices, making it easy for everyone to buy good books at low prices. People visiting the fair say the books are very good.

The book fair is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm. University officials hope many more people will visit before it closes on April 17.
