Telangana Housing Board to auction plots in Chintal, KPHB, Raviryala next week

HYDERABAD: The Telangana Housing Board will auction several plots and flats across Greater Hyderabad and nearby towns from October 6 (Monday). Officials said the auctions will be held in two formats—open auction and e-auction—covering residential and commercial plots in key locations.

Open auctions for Chintal, Nizampet-Bachupally residential plots

In Chintal and Nizampet-Bachupally, 22 residential plots and flats will be sold through open auction. These include 18 MIG and HIG plots in Chintal and four flats in Nizampet-Bachupally. The notification for these sales was issued on September 15.

e-Auctions for KPHB, Nampally and Raviryala commercial sites

Recently, the Board fetched nearly ₹70 crore per acre through e-auction of land in KPHB Colony. Following that success, it has announced e-auctions on October 7 and 8 for four commercial plots in KPHB Phases 1 and 2, measuring 6,549 sq. yd., 2,420 sq. yd., 2,397 sq. yd., and 726 sq. yd. A 1,148 sq. yd. commercial plot in Nampally will also go under the hammer on October 8, officials said in a press release.

Further, on October 9 and 10, the Housing Board will auction 10,890 sq. yd. of commercial land in Chintal, along with 13,503 sq. yd., 5,953.20 sq. yd., and 3,630 sq. yd. plots in Raviryala (Maheshwaram mandal) through e-auction.

Officials added that notifications have also been issued for upcoming plot sales in other districts including Sangareddy-Sadasivpet, Jogulamba Gadwal, and Nizamabad.
