Hyderabad techie gang-raped in an autorickshaw in Gachibowli

Hyderabad: A software employee was allegedly gang-raped by two men in an autorickshaw in Hyderabad. The incident took place in the Masjid Banda area of Gachibowli on Tuesday night.

Following a complaint of sexual assault, the police have formed a team to apprehend the accused. According to details, after finishing her shift, the victim boarded an auto-rickshaw at RC Puram in Gachibowli area. When the auto reached Masjid Banda locality at 2.30 am, a young man boarded the already occupied vehicle. Subsequently, both the autodriver and the young man sexually assaulted her at knifepoint before dropping her off at the same location.
