Upon receiving reports of the incident, police quickly arrived at the scene and transported the bodies to a government hospital for post-mortem examinations. Authorities have registered a case and are currently investigating the matter.

This incident is part of a troubling pattern of recent suicides in the Hyderabad area. On November 14, 2024, Jaswanth Goud, a 17-year-old intermediate student at a private college in Bachupally, was found dead in his hostel room after reportedly taking his own life due to financial pressures, as detailed in a suicide note. This event sparked protests among students and their families advocating for greater financial support.

Additionally, on November 20, 2024, Vanga Naveen Reddy, a software employee, jumped to his death from the eighth floor of an IT company building located in Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur. Earlier, on October 25, 2024, Naga Prabhakar, a 27-year-old software engineer, also took his life, jumping from the seventh floor of his hostel building in Kokapet.
