School bus crashes into tree in Keesara; Several students injured

Medchal: A school bus was involved in an accident at Kundanpalli Chowrasta, within the Keesara police station limits in Medchal, after the driver lost control and crashed into a tree, injuring several students on Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

According to the reports, the incident occurred while the bus, belonging to Divine Grace International School, was on its way to drop students at the school after picking them up from their respective localities. Around 40 students were on board at the time of the crash.

Upon learning about the incident, locals rushed to the accident spot to assist the injured students. Parents and police soon arrived, and the injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The police have taken the driver into custody for questioning and have moved the bus to the local police station for further investigation.
