IND vs BAN T20I at Uppal: Fans burst into jubilation as Sanju Samson goes on fire
As the nation celebrates Dussehra festival, jubilant scenes were witnessed at Uppal stadium following an absolute blitzkrieg produced by Sanju Samson against the visitors Bangladesh in the final T20I in Hyderabad on Saturday.
Wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson, who failed to score big in the first two T20I matches, took the matter in his hands after the early departure of his opening partner Abhishek Sharma.
The right-handed batter became the second fastest Indian to score a century in just 40 balls and he also hit a half-ton in 22 balls. It was his maiden T20I ton. He smashed a brilliant five sixes in an over and also hit eight boundaries with an equal ease.
