S.S. Rajamouli expresses excitement for Keeravani's live concert in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli has publicly extended his support for his cousin, Oscar-winning composer M.M. Keeravani, ahead of the upcoming "Naa Tour MMK" concert in Hyderabad. The concert, scheduled for March 22, 2025, will offer fans an exclusive opportunity to experience Keeravani’s music live. The event is being organized by Hyderabad Talkies and My Music My Country.
Rajamouli, a longtime collaborator of Keeravani, took the time to express his excitement about the tour on social media. He said, “Seeing all the singers share their playlists is making me excited for MMK’s live concert. But what excites me most is imagining him performing the OSTs of our favorite films… Remember, Peddanna, we are here for the #FullFeastMMK!”

This post marks Rajamouli's first since his name became involved in a controversy with his former associate, U. Srinivas Rao. Srinivas Rao recently made serious allegations against Rajamouli, claiming that harassment by the filmmaker had pushed him to the brink of suicide. Srinivas Rao, who served as the executive producer for Rajamouli’s Yamadonga, posted a selfie video and letter calling for police action and a lie detector test for Rajamouli. The allegations have sparked widespread concern, though Rajamouli and his team have yet to comment on the matter.
S.S. Rajamouli, born on October 10, 1973, is one of the most successful directors in Indian cinema, known for films like Baahubali, RRR, and Magadheera. His works have earned international recognition, and he has won numerous awards, including the Padma Shri in 2016.
