Richmond Villas Ganesh laddu sold for 1.87 cr in Hyderabad
RichmondVillas: The Keerthi Richmond Villas yet again set a new record in its Laddu auction on the occasion of Ganesh immersion festivities. This year in the auction held on September 16, Monday midnight, the Laddu was taken for a whooping Rs 1.87 crores by a Hyderabadi resident. Last year, it was gone for Rs 1.26 crores, and now it increased further by around Rs.60 lakhs.
The gated community’s Laddu has become popular with its auction and record breaking prices in the last couple of years, swiftly jumping into the crores from lakhs.
Balapur Laddu to be auctioned today, it is also one of the highly anticipated laddu auctions that happens in the city.Last year it was gone for Rs.27 lakhs and it is expected to increase the auction price further by a few lakhs easily.

Further, as Tuesday would be a busy day for Hyderabadis with immersions lined up, only packed roads are going to welcome you. Hence remember to avoid these junctions or routes while you are on the road.
Route/ Junctions to be avoided
MJ Market, Khairatabad, G.P.O (Abids), Liberty, Ranigunj, Telugu Thalli Statue, Kavadiguda, Narayanaguda X Roads, RTC X Roads, Musheerabad X Roads, Tank Bund, NTR Marg, Necklace Road (PVNR Marg) and People’s Plaza.
All people coming from the Airport or going to the Airport should avoid using the Necklace Road, NTR Marg, Tank Bund Road and Main procession route as shown in the Map. They are advised to use the PVNR Express Way or Outer Ring Road. Similarly, people going or coming from Secunderabad Railway Station should use the route via Begumpet, Paradise Flyover, St. John’s Rotary and Sangeeth X Road. The passengers going to the MGBS and other Bus Stations are advised to avoid the above roads and board the RTC buses on the City outskirts to reach their destinations.
