Revanth Reddy visits Foxconn facility in Kongara Kalan

Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy visited the Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) factory at Kongara Kalan on Monday.
Reddy, along with Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu assessed the progress of the upcoming facility and assured full state government support to ensure timely completion of the project. CEO and chairman of Foxconn Interconnect Technology, Sydney Lu, joined the meeting via video conference and discussed the current status of the project.
ChiefMinister reiterated the state government’s commitment to facilitating the company's ongoing as well as future operations in Telangana. Both the Chief Minister and Industries Minister encouraged FIT to consider further investments in Telangana, emphasizing the state’s conducive environment for high-tech manufacturing and innovation. It may be noted here that the electronics giant has committed to a 550 USD million investment which will generate one lakh jobs for the youth in the state.
