Hyderabad: Residents of Ramgopalpet in the Sanath Nagar constituency are facing significant difficulties due to pooling drainage water on the main road, which has turned the area into a makeshift swimming pool. Locals are now forced to wade through the water, with some placing large stones in the path to avoid getting their feet or clothes wet.

Shopkeepers, especially those running small businesses, and sugarcane juice vendors are most affected, as customers are avoiding the area due to the unpleasant conditions. Those who do visit the shops are finding it difficult to navigate the waterlogged roads.

Residents are urging the authorities to address the situation and repair the drainage system promptly.
