Raj Pakala ordered to appear before Mokila police in Janwada Farmhouse case
Hyderabad: Raj Pakala, the brother-in-law of BRS leader KT Rama Rao, has been instructed by the Mokila police to attend an inquiry today at 11:00 a.m. on October 28, 2024, regarding the Janwada Farmhouse case. This summons is part of an investigation into suspected breaches of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and the Telangana Gaming Act.
The police have highlighted the necessity of Raj Pakala’s participation in providing clarity on the case, raising significant alarm regarding illegal drug activities and gaming operations in the area. He has been issued a notice under section 35(3) of the B N S S, requiring him to bring identification and proof of residence.
Officials have cautioned that failing to comply with this summons could result in legal consequences, including the possibility of arrest.
