Raj Bhavan Hyderabad launches creative contest for Telangana–North East India Connect Festival

Hyderabad: Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad, has announced a creative contest inviting entries for logo design, tagline writing, and poster preparation for the upcoming "Telangana–North East India Connect: A Techno-Cultural Festival." The festival aims to strengthen ties between Telangana and the eight North Eastern states of India through cultural and technological exchange.

The event will take place in two phases, from November 25 to 27 and December 2 to 4, 2025, in Hyderabad. It will feature notable personalities from Telangana and the North East, representing fields related to technology and culture.

Participants from across India are encouraged to submit original work showing the festival’s theme of cultural unity and technological innovation between Telangana and the North Eastern states, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura. Entries are invited in three categories: logo design, tagline writing, and poster preparation.

Logos must be scalable and submitted in high-resolution PNG and editable formats such as AI, CDR, or PSD. Taglines should be in English, concise, and limited to ten words. Posters must be visually relevant to the theme and submitted in PDF or PNG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

All entries should be emailed to telangananortheastconnect@gmail.com with the subject line specifying the category and the participant’s name. Along with the submission, participants must provide their full name, age, occupation, contact details, ID or address proof, and a brief explanation of the concept behind their entry, limited to 50 to 100 words. The last date for submissions is August 15, 2025.

Prizes will be awarded to the best entries in each category: ₹15,000 for the best logo, ₹5,000 for the best tagline, and ₹20,000 for the best poster. For more information, participants can visit the Raj Bhavan website at http://www.governor.telangana.gov.in.
