Northeast monsoon: Rain alert for two days in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Brace up for more rains as northeast monsoon has turned active over Hyderabad. The city will receive light rainfall over the next two days, according to Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS).

On Thursday, the rainfall is expected to hit several parts of the city, however, areas like Charminar, Bandlaguda, Ramachandrapuram, and Serilingampally, may receive light showers or no rainfall. The same weather conditions are expected to prevail on Friday too.

Various parts of Hyderabad witnessed light rainfall today. The showers were concentrated in the central parts of the city. Other parts witnessed scattered rainfall.
