Flying Squads, Surveillance Teams on Vigil

Karnan said flying squads and static surveillance teams were conducting checks across Hyderabad district to ensure adherence to election rules. To handle complaints related to the bypoll, he formed a District Grievance Redressal Committee and a Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC).

Committees to Clear Seized Cash

The MCMC, chaired by the district election officer, will verify documents and authorise the release of seized cash. The committee’s office is located on the third floor of the GHMC head office building.
