According to reports, the sudden shift caused people to flee the building in fear of a potential collapse. Early investigations suggested that the tilting may have been linked to excavation work on a nearby plot, where a builder was digging to construct a cellar.

Emergency teams from the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), the revenue department, and local police rushed to the site to assess the situation and ensure safety measures were in place.

The police set up a perimeter around the area, and officials evacuated both the affected building and nearby homes as a precaution.

As a part of the safety protocol, bulldozers were deployed to demolish the unstable building. The GHMC, HYDRAA, and Revenue officials used a hydraulic crane to carefully remove the structure, ensuring minimal risk to nearby residents.

Authorities have advised residents to stay clear of the area as demolition of the unstable building is currently underway to ensure the surrounding structures' safety.
