HYDERABAD: Over 25 new OTT releases this week thrill audiences

HYDERABAD: More than 25 new films and web series are streaming across major OTT platforms this week, offering viewers a wide range of entertainment from action and adventure to mystery and animation.

‘Mirai’ now streaming on JioCinema

The fantasy adventure Mirai, directed by Karthik Ghattamneni and starring Teja Sajja and Manchu Manoj, is now streaming on JioCinema. The recent box-office hit is available in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, and has drawn strong viewership since its digital release.

‘War 2’ finds success online

The action thriller War 2, featuring NTR and Hrithik Roshan, is now available on Netflix. Although the film did not meet box-office expectations, it is reportedly gaining traction among OTT audiences, with social media users sharing positive reactions.

‘Tribanadhari Barbarik’ joins Prime Video and Sun NXT

The fantasy drama Tribanadhari Barbarik, starring Sathyaraj and Udayabhanu and directed by Mohan Srivatsa, was released in theatres in August. It began streaming on October 10 on both Sun NXT and Amazon Prime Video in Telugu and Tamil.

Animated and mythological titles draw attention

Netflix has released the animated series Kurukshetra, set against the backdrop of the Mahabharata war. The show is available in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and English.

JioCinema has launched Search: The Naina Murder Case, a crime thriller revolving around the murder of a young woman named Naina and the investigation that follows, streaming in multiple languages including Telugu and Hindi.
