Naga and Sobhita’s Telugu wedding to last for 8 hours: Report
It was expected to be a big fat Indian wedding, however, the star couple Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya have opted to go for a simple Telugu Brahmin style wedding. The couple is set to get married following all traditions on December 4.
According to reports, the traditional wedding is expected to last for more than 8 hours due to the various rituals following in the Telugu wedding. It is reported that the actress wants to honour the cultural aspects and give respect and attention to all the beautiful details of a Telugu wedding.
The wedding may seem an intimate ceremony, however, Naga and Sobhita are trying to make it a culturally rich ceremony for the guests who will be close friends and family.
As the D-day is nearing, the bride-to-be Sobhita is busy choosing the perfect outfit for the occasion. The actress has picked a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree, beautifully adorned with real gold zari for her wedding. The designers from Ponduru, Andhra Pradesh, are weaving a white khadi saree for her and a matching set for Chaitanya.
Naga and Sobhita dated for two years before getting engaged in a traditional ceremony which was held at her home in August. Their pre-wedding celebrations began in October. The wedding ceremony will be conducted in front of Chaitanya’s statue in Annapurna Studios.
