Man murdered at rehabilitation centre in Miyapur

HYDERABAD:  A 35-year-old man undergoing treatment at a rehabilitation centre in Miyapur was murdered late on Wednesday.

Police said the incident took place at a facility in Nagarjuna Enclave, Miyapur police station limits. The victim, identified as Sandeep, had been admitted for treatment related to drug addiction.

According to investigators, Sandeep was mentally disturbing two fellow residents at the centre. The duo, identified as Suleman and Adil, allegedly planned and executed his killing.

Miyapur police reached the spot, recovered the body, and registered a case of murder. An investigation is underway.
