Hyderabad: The Telangana Secretariat hosted contestants of the Miss World 2025 pageant in a ceremony that showcased the state's culture and governance. The visit began with a group photograph and a tribute to Telangana Thalli as the state anthem "Jaya Jayahe Telangana" played in the background. Delegates from ten countries, led by Miss India Nandini Gupta, offered floral tributes to the Telangana Thalli statue. The group also observed a moment of silence in memory of the victims of the recent fire accident at Gulzar Houz in Hyderabad's Old City.
