Bribe money recovered

ACB teams recovered the tainted cash from Prasad’s possession at his instance. Officials said the accused officer misused his position and performed his duties dishonestly to obtain undue advantage.

Authorities arrested him and produced him before the special court for SPE and ACB cases in Karimnagar. Investigators are examining the case. They have withheld the identity of the complainant for security reasons.

Public urged to report bribe demands

The ACB urged the public to report bribery demands on its toll-free number 1064. You can also make complaints through WhatsApp (9440446106), Facebook (Telangana ACB), and X (formerly Twitter) @TelanganaACB. Officials assured that they would keep the names and details of complainants confidential.
