Asifnagar: Major raid conducted at Habeebnager, 150 Nitravet tablets seized

Hyderabad: A total of 150 Nitravet tablets were seized after conducting raids on two houses at Manger Basthi at Habeebnagar in a joint operation of the Hyderabad police and Prohibition and Excise Department on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip-off, the Habeebnagar police along with 150 policemen called from different police stations falling in Asifnagar division and three platoons from City Armed Reserve headquarters raided two houses in Manger Basthi.

During the two-hour-long searches, the police team seized 150 Nitravet tablets while the two drug peddlers Kunjilal and Makkan Lal were absconding. The police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
