Actress Keerthy Suresh confirms relationship with Antony Thattil amid marriage speculations

Hyderabad: Actress Keerthy Suresh has confirmed her long-time relationship with Antony Thattil, amid widespread rumours of an upcoming wedding. The actress took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post featuring her boyfriend for the first time ever.

In the photo, taken during Diwali celebrations, Antony Thattil is seen lighting a firecracker while Keerthy stands beside him, her hand resting on his shoulder. Along with the image, Keerthy shared a caption, “15 years and counting ♾️🧿 It has always been... AntoNY x KEerthy (IYKYK) 😁❤️.”

The post quickly gained attention from fans and fellow celebrities. Actress Malavika Mohanan commented, expressing her surprise at the origin of their nickname, saying, “Also I had no idea this was the origin story of NYKE’s name,” and added, “Finalllyyyyy! Love you both!”

This revelation comes amid reports that Keerthy Suresh is set to marry Antony Thattil in Goa on December 11 and 12. Although there has been no official announcement, sources close to the actress suggest that she has already begun preparations for her wedding.

Keerthy Suresh, born on October 17, 1992, is a renowned Indian actress known for her work in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam cinema. Over her career, she has received numerous accolades, including a National Film Award, five SIIMA Awards, and two Filmfare Awards South. In 2021, she was also named in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 list.

The daughter of film producer G. Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka, Keerthy began her acting career as a child artist in the early 2000s. She later pursued fashion design before returning to films, landing her first lead role in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali, for which she won the SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut in Malayalam. Her career skyrocketed with a string of successful films, including Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), Nenu Sailaja (2016), Sarkar (2018), and Dasara (2023), for which she won the Filmfare Best Actress Award.

Keerthy's portrayal of the iconic actress Savitri in the biographical film Mahanati (2018) earned her both the Filmfare and National Film Award for Best Actress, solidifying her position as one of the leading actresses in the South Indian film industry.
