KCR visits Secunderabad Passport Office, completes renewal ahead of BRS executive meeting
Hyderabad: Former Chief Minister of Telangana and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party Chief, K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), was seen at the Secunderabad passport office on the morning of February 19, 2025, with his wife Shobha.
Reports suggest that KCR visited to submit his diplomatic passport and obtain a general passport. After the renewal process, he returned to his residence in Nandini Nagar, having left his Erravalli farmhouse earlier to visit the office.
Meanwhile, the Opposition BRS is holding its state executive meeting at Telangana Bhavan today.
In the afternoon, KCR will attend the crucial BRS party meeting, with around 400 key leaders from across the state, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs, former ministers, former legislators, ex-corporation chairpersons, DCCB chairpersons, and former ZP chairpersons.
The meeting will focus on strengthening the party's organization and shaping future strategies. As BRS marks its 25th anniversary, KCR is contemplating plans for the party's Silver Jubilee celebrations.
Discussions will also cover issues such as loan waivers, farmer welfare, the Lagacherla land issue, and movements against illegal activities in Hyderabad. Other key topics include farmer suicides, auto worker concerns, and Gurukula student suicides.
The meeting will also address the party’s ongoing struggles related to cases filed against its cadres and social media activists. KCR will provide guidance on key party decisions and future directions.
