KCR chaired an executive meeting at the party headquarters which was attended by BRS working president KT Rama Rao, state executive members, district unit presidents, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, former MPs, ex-corporation chairpersons, Zilla Parishad chairpersons and other key leaders.

The party leadership deliberated on strengthening the party from the grassroots level and chalking out a detailed plan for the 25th anniversary celebrations.

Addressing the party workers, KCR announced that BRS will hold its plenary meeting on April 27, 2025 to mark its foundation day. He also revealed the plans to increase the party base in the state and said a membership drive will be launched on April 10, 2025 across all district headquarters.

Accusing the ruling Congress government of implementing anti-people policies, KCR exhorted the party leaders to explain the drawbacks of these policies to the people and expose the failures of the current administration.

He also commented on the defection of party MLAs to the ruling Congress and said the Supreme Court's verdict on the disqualification of defected legislators is expected anytime soon. He also made it clear that by-elections would likely be held in the respective constituencies.
