Hyderabad: In a move to maintain law and order, Dr. Vineeth G., IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Madhapur Zone, Cyberabad, has issued a public order restricting access to a 400-acre area in Gachibowli, following directions from the Supreme Court and the Central Empowered Committee.

The order, which will be in effect from 6:00 a.m. on April 4, 2025, until April 16, 2025, prohibits individuals who do not have legitimate work in the specified area from entering.

The affected zone includes Sy.No. 25, Kancha Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, within the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate.

This area is the subject of ongoing legal proceedings in WP(PIL) No. 30/2025 and WP(PIL) No. 27/2025 in the Telangana High Court, as well as Suo Moto WP (Civil) No. 03/2025 in the Supreme Court.

Authorities have stated that the restrictions aim to ensure public safety and prevent any potential disturbances. The public has been warned that violators of the order will face legal consequences.
