According to complainant Katipally Venkata Ramana Reddy, the real estate projects encroached on protected lake areas, with developers allegedly occupying significant portions of water bodies and buffer zones.

The developers reportedly obtained permissions from multiple government agencies, including Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority(HMDA), Real Estate regulatory Authority(RERA), GHMC, and Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure corporation(TSIIC), despite apparent legal irregularities.

Katipally Venkata Ramana Reddy in his complaint alleged that "Praneeth Pranav Grove Park encroached on Usman Kunta, "Phoenix 285FD" and "Candeur Skyline" projects encroached Mukkasani Kunta, Prestige City project encroached Pedda cheruvu and Vajram Ixora project encroached Medla Kunta (Devuni Kunta)".

Kamareddy MLA further added that project developers manipulated revenue and cadastral maps, and obtained fraudulent No Objection Certificates(NOC) in collusion with government officials.

Demands action on Real Estate violations

The complainant alleges authorities acting swiftly against small unauthorized structures while overlooking large-scale corporate violations.

The MLA demands comprehensive independent investigations, suspension of project approvals, demolition of illegal structures, restoration of encroached lands, and disciplinary action against responsible officials.

The complainant, Katipally Venkata Ramana Reddy, an MLA from Kamareddy, requested a response within seven days, warning of legal action if no action is taken.
