Final electoral rolls for Jubilee Hills bypoll published with 3.98 lakh voters

HYDERABAD: The Election Commission on September 30, 2025 published the final photo electoral rolls for the 61-Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency, which goes to bye-polls soon.

According to the figures, the constituency now has 3,98,982 electors, up from 3,92,669 in the draft rolls issued on September 2. The increase comes after disposal of claims, objections and deletions.

Elector details and revisions

The final rolls list 2,07,367 male voters, 1,91,590 female voters and 25 others. Claims admitted included 3,415 male and 3,561 female entries, while deletions numbered 336 male and 327 female, apart from 10 suo-motu removals.

The rolls also record 18 service electors, 95 overseas electors, 1,891 persons with disabilities, and 6,052 voters aged 80 and above.

The constituency will have 407 polling stations across 139 buildings, with an average of 980 electors per station. The electoral participation (EP) ratio stands at 824 per 1,000, while the gender ratio is 924 per 1,000.

Verification options for voters

Electors can check their names in the rolls at the Electoral Registration Officer’s office, on the Election Commission of India website (https://voters.eci.gov.in), the CEO Telangana website (www.ceotelangana.nic.in) or by downloading the Voter Helpline App.

Voters may still file claims and objections in Form-6, Form-7 and Form-8 till the last date of nomination receipt. Appeals against decisions of the Electoral Registration Officer can be made to the District Election Officer, Hyderabad, and further to the Chief Electoral Officer under Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950.

For assistance, voters can also contact Booth Level Officers at their polling stations or the toll-free helpline 1950. The constituency has 407 Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and 38 supervisors to facilitate the process.
