Jilted lover threatens to infect girl with HIV after rejection; case filed in Hayathnagar

Hyderabad: A B.Sc. nursing student has approached Hayathnagar police with serious allegations of harassment and threats against Cherukupalli Vijay. According to the complaint, she met the accused through Instagram and the online friendship soon turned into frequent harassment.

Threatening to expose their private photos and videos, Vijay started stalking her near her college and forcibly took her on his bike to isolated locations, the victim alleged. She reported multiple instances of physical assault on college premises and added that the accused also threatened her family members.

The complainant further claimed that the accused allegedly threatened to inject her with HIV and also attacked her father at their residence. The victim also alleged that Vijay has been blackmailing other women.

It has been learned that a similar case was registered against the accused at the Nagarjuna Sagar police station. The victim demanded immediate action against the accused, stating fears about her family's safety. The police are investigating the case, and further details are awaited.
