Hyderabad’s tech entrepreneur Janaki Pulaparthi named on Forbes 40 under 40

Hyderabad: Janaki Pulaparthi, CEO of Akin Analytics, was recently named as one of Forbes 40 Under 40 India Leaders 2025. She has been recognised for her pioneering work in the field of AI-powered drone analytics.

Hyderabad-based entrepreneur Janaki Pulaparthi founded Akin Analytics in 2022 and shaped her organisation with dedication, innovation and deep-tech entrepreneurial skills. Through AI-powered drone innovation, she is revolutionising the defence, industrial, and agricultural sectors with advanced technology.

Akin Analytics is focused on enhancing operational efficiency, security, and productivity. It has developed a 125g Nano Recon Drone to help soldiers monitor border security effectively. The nano drone provides real-time updates to the soldiers.

The Hyderabad-based AI drone solutions firm has also introduced AI-driven drone spraying to protect farmers from chemical exposure and equip them with drone technology for agricultural services.

As part of the 'NaMo Drone Didi Initiative', Janaki has trained over 15,000 women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) as certified drone pilots by establishing India’s first Digital Centre of Excellence in Amalapuram.

Akin Analytics has participated in several prestigious accelerator programs such as the AWS/T-Hub/Intel/WEF Drone Accelerator Program and CII Startup Australia Delegation Program. These programs helped the Hyderabad firm not only help them grow and refine their AI-powered drone solutions but also gave exposure to cutting-edge technology.

Prior to getting recognised by Forbes for her continued advancements in AI-driven drone analytics, Janaki has been honoured with multiple accolades, including the AI Innovation Drone Technology Award at the Atal Samman Samaroh 2024, the Technology Entrepreneur Award at the Internet 2.0 Conference in Dubai, and recognition by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, as one of the 50 Impactful Women Startup Entrepreneurs. The AI-powered drone analytics firm is also a grantee of NIDHI-PRAYAS program, which is implemented by DST and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS).
