Sanathnagar records worst air quality in Hyderabad, AQI remains 'poor'

Hyderabad: The air quality in Hyderabad has shown concerning variations across different areas, with several locations recording high AQI (Air Quality Index) levels on Monday, November 25, 2024. According to live data sourced from the National AQI, as well as the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), air pollution levels in parts of the city have reached "Unhealthy" thresholds, while other areas are classified as Moderate and Satisfactory.

• ECIL Kapra: 91 AQI – Satisfactory
• Ramachandrapuram: 80 AQI – Satisfactory

While the majority of the city’s areas are experiencing Satisfactory or Moderate AQI levels, Sanathnagar stands out with an AQI reading of 254, falling under the Poor category, which is considered Unhealthy.
