HYDERABAD: Land prices in the city have touched a new high, with a government-owned plot in Rayadurgam fetching ₹177 crore per acre at an auction conducted by the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC).

MSN Realty bags 7.6-acre parcel
The auction drew interest from several major real estate developers. MSN Realty emerged as the top bidder, securing 7.6 acres by quoting the highest price in the auction, which set a new record for the area.

Benchmark for Hyderabad’s realty market
The ₹177 crore per acre rate marks one of the highest land values recorded in Hyderabad, underscoring the city’s booming commercial real estate demand. Officials said the land is strategically located, with connectivity to the IT corridor and key infrastructure projects adding to its value.

A TSIIC official said the auction reflected strong investor confidence in Hyderabad’s property market.
