Hyderabad Metro Extends Service Hours and Enhances Connectivity
Hyderabad: Residents of Hyderabad have reason to celebrate as Hyderabad Metro Rail has announced extended operational hours, benefiting late-night commuters. Effective April 1, the last train from all terminal stations will now depart at 11:45 PM on weekdays (Monday to Friday), instead of the previous 11:00 PM. Additionally, Sunday services will commence earlier, with the first train departing at 7:00 AM from terminal stations.
In a move to support students, the metro has also extended its popular student pass offer until March 31 next year. Under this scheme, students can avail of 30 trips for the price of 20, making travel more affordable.
To further enhance commuter convenience, SVIDA Mobility, the official first and last-mile partner, has increased its fleet to 200 dedicated feeder vehicles, serving over 16,000 passengers daily.
