Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu said the government aims to make Hyderabad a film city that attracts filmmakers from across India and abroad. He noted the current difficulties in obtaining shooting permissions from multiple departments and instructed officials to set up a single-window clearance system under the Film Development Corporation. A dedicated officer will be appointed to coordinate approvals from police, fire services, and municipal authorities.

The Deputy CM also highlighted promoting film shootings at tourist locations to boost tourism. He addressed complaints about overpricing in cinema theatre canteens and asked officials to regulate prices.

On land matters, Bhatti Vikramarka requested a report on the status of 50 acres previously allotted to the Film Development Corporation. He also proposed involving the RCS Committee overseeing Chitrapuri Colony for cine workers in the next meeting.

Regarding the Telangana Gaddar Film Awards on June 14, Bhatti called for a grand event and directed officials to invite prominent Telugu film personalities and notable figures from across the country.

The meeting included FDC Chairman Dil Raju, Home Department Special Chief Secretary Ravi Gupta, Information Department Commissioner Harish, FDC Executive Director Kishore Babu, and other officials.
