GHMC repairs 12,778 potholes across Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits, the civic body’s engineering wing is carrying out road safety measures on a war footing. The works include pothole filling, catch pit repairs, cover replacements and central median maintenance.

12,778 potholes repaired so far under GHMC limits

As of Monday, October 6, 2025, a total of 12,778 potholes have been repaired across the city. While 12,586 potholes were filled till Sunday, 192 more were repaired on Monday alone. GHMC officials said efforts are underway to fill all remaining potholes at the earliest.
